Another offering in our pilgrimage will be the opportunity to visit Anandamoyi Ma’s Samadhi Mandir in Kankhal, near her ashram in Haridwar. It is a place sanctified by her divine bliss-permeated vibrations where many devotees come seeking attunement and spiritual upliftment.

When Paramhansa Yogananda first met the great saint, there was a joyous, instant recognition of one another in God. Swami Kriyananda considered Anandamoyi ma to be an incarnation of Divine Mother, and is perhaps the most in tune and in alignment with Master’s teachings than other saints not in our line of Gurus.

It is said that the Blissful Mother radiated joy and compassion in her ecstatic absorption in God. Her ashrams are known for serving those in need, putting into practice her teachings of self-less service and seeing the less fortunate as manifestations of the divine. Visiting her mandir, one may feel her loving consciousness ever blessing all who come with a receptive heart.
