This two-and-a-half-hour experiential workshop combines yoga, meditation, and yogic wisdom.These practices aid to release hidden tensions so you can access the well-spring of divine love at your core. 

Your Instructor:

Paul Fetler is a certified Ananda Yoga and Meditation Instruct who has regularly been teaching since 2006. He shares inspiring and fun workshops that combine practical wisdom, storytelling, spiritually focused asana, and meditation.
