Learning to meditate can be beneficial for employees and students in any industry or field of study.  We bring certified meditation and yoga instructors to your school, workplace, or event – to promote calmness and inner joy.

We offer classes and workshops to help you reach your goals. Meditation is scientifically proven to benefit both body and mind. Most studies show1 that within 6-8 weeks of practicing meditation, you can:
  • Improve your focus, concentration, and productivity
  • Improve your self-control and decrease activity in the amygdala (emotional reactivity)
  • Improve sleep quality, decrease fatigue, and boost your energy levels
  • Boost your antibodies and improve your immune response 
  • Decrease the stress hormone cortisol, which contributes to weight gain and inflammation
  • Decrease feelings of anxiety and depression and increase overall feelings of wellbeing 
  • Increase activity in the brain associated with positive emotions and self-awareness

Meditation Training

We welcome partnerships and alliances with organizations to bring the art and science of meditation to teachers, students, healthcare workers, business professionals, and the workforce. We believe that meditation is for everyone.

All of our instructors are trained in Ananda Meditation. Additionally, many are active members in our community who have dedicated their lives to continuously increase the depth of their meditation practice. They can help each person who joins a private class or workshop develop the daily habit of meditation.

Our Ananda Los Angeles center is located in an underserved community, which has an ever-increasing demand for resources that support mental and physical wellbeing. There is an equal or greater need to provide these services in Spanish. With our presence in the heart of East LA, our mission is to help bring peace into the hearts and minds of our diverse urban community.
