Join us for a thrilling course based on the book The Art and Science of Raja Yoga by Swami Kriyananda, as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda. In these seven weeks, you will learn in depth the teachings and practices of yoga, including Patanjali’s Eightfold Path (Ashtanga Yoga), hatha yoga, pranayama, self-healing, diet, meditation, affirmations, the history of yoga, and more. These teachings are truly universal and apply to everyone regardless of religious or spiritual affiliation and have the power to transform your life.

Yoga is more than body postures. Most people think of Yoga as physical postures, but it is far more. Raja Yoga is one of the seven schools of Indian philosophy and has been taught for millennia. It offers a scientific approach to the spiritual life, with techniques for stilling the mind and expanding our awareness of spiritual realities.

This class is Step 2 on the Path of Kriya Yoga and a prerequisite for our Meditation Teacher Training Program.
