This sadhana (spiritual practice) and satsang (good company) is specifically for those who have taken the step of initiation into Kriya Yoga. Meditating with fellow devotees and souls who are deeply committed to finding God is a powerful way to magnetize your own practice. Yogananda emphasized and encouraged his disciples to have a longer meditation once a week. Let’s take advantage of his advice and do it together! We will energize, do our preliminary exercises, and meditate for 2.5 hours. There will be chantings breaks.
On the first Friday of each month, we will have a portion of the class dedicated to informal satsang with time for checking kriyas and questions and answers.
