As the world becomes increasingly loud and cluttered, now more than ever heal yourself through the salve of silence. Studies are showing that sweet simple silence relieves stress and tension, makes you more creative, and actually regenerates brain cells. With your “magic wand of intuition deep,” use silence to consciously contact God’s all-transforming power to heal yourself and your environment.

Join us for a guided silent retreat including meditation, yoga, prayer, and introspection. Prepare your heart and soul for the coming of the “only begotten son,” the Christ Consciousness, so you can receive God on the awakened silent altar of Spirit.

12:30pm – 1:00pm      Silent Vegetarian Lunch

1:00pm – 2:00pm        Silent Activities:

— Active listening exercises

— Guided introspection

— Journaling for Self-realization
