“Self-realization means realizing your true Self as the great ocean of Spirit, by breaking the delusion that you are this little ego, this little human body and personality. . . .Self-realization is the eternal message of religion. Whatever your beliefs and practices, the essential purpose of religion is to help you to fulfill your own highest potential, as a child of God.”
-Paramhansa Yogananda

Come join us for an evening of spiritual adventure. We will enjoy uplifting music, devotional chanting, and a brief time to practice the sacred art of inner-communion; where we may discover who and what we truly are. After our brief experiential, we will share in delicious home cooked vegetarian food, and conversation on how we, individually, come closer to that essential realization of our own true potential.

Ananda Los Angeles is a spiritual community based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, the great yoga-master from India, and author of Autobiography of a Yogi. Ananda Worldwide was founded by his direct disciple, Swami Kriyananda, and it now serves as a channel in bringing Yogananda’s teachings, and spiritual community, to all receptive hearts.
