This course will give you deep and practical tools to gain a better understanding of how to heal yourself and help others in their healing process.
Paramhansa Yogananda taught many healing techniques, which we will cover in this program. Through them, not only will you learn the principles of health and healing, you will go deeper on your spiritual journey.
Each week we will cover a particular principle of healing as well as dive deep into one or more of Yoganandaji’s healing techniques. Each class will include a discussion, meditation, and time to practice healing on your classmates.
