Ananda prepares devotees for initiation into Kriya Yoga, offers ongoing support after the initiation, and promotes the benefits of regular Kriya Yoga practice. In 2011 we created a Kriya Ministry to provide this support to devotees throughout Southern California.
Ananda Meditation Groups

Music has always been an essential part of Ananda’s ministry and way of life.
The LA Joy Singers are a singing quartet personally commissioned by Swami Kriyananda to share his inspired and uplifting music with Los Angeles and the world. They seek to express joy and harmony, both in the music they sing and in the way they live their lives. The Singers also share this music at Sunday Service, as well as most special events. The Sunday Service music is broadcast online along with the sermon, helping to convey the spiritual atmosphere to an audience far beyond Southern California. Listen to the LA Joy Singers
