Deepening Your Meditation:
Energy & Magnetism
This class series teaches energy and magnetism in the practice of meditation and will help refine your meditation practice. Through the practice of Paramhansa Yogananda’s “Energization Exercises” you will learn how to focus your energy with concentration and will power, and use the resulting magnetism to raise your energy to the higher spiritual centers of the body. Topics will also include: Laws of Magnetism, Scientific Healing Affirmations, and more.
For: Those who have completed Learn to Meditate or who are meditating regularly using the Hong-Sau technique of meditation
Time: Thursdays 7:30-9:30pm,
On the first evening come early to register (7:15pm) or pre-register online for discount.

Meditation Level II Workshop
For those who have completed Learn to Meditate or who are meditating regularly using the Hong-Sau technique of meditation.
Topics will include: Laws of Energy, Laws of Magnetism, Paramhansa Yogananda's Scientific Healing Affirmations, and Hong-Sau variation. (Because of time constraints, Yogananda's "Energization Exercises" will not be taught in this one day workshop)
