You'll be sensitively guided on an inner journey of ever-expanding awareness. Beginning and advanced meditators alike can draw to themselves the deep states of consciousness evoked in these powerful guided meditations.

Guided meditations include breathing, energy and visualization techniques. Sessions will include a variety of practices to energize your body, quiet your mind and improve your concentration. The inner space is then created for a period of silent meditation. These meditations help integrate your body and mind for a more dynamic and centered lifestyle.

Once a month we offer a longer morning meditation for those who want to sit in silent meditation for a longer period of time. Meditation will begin with chanting and end with healing prayers with a chanting break in the middle.
