In the years since Yogananda died, some organizations and individuals have introduced thousands of changes into his original teachings and writings. This class series is based exclusively on the writings and lecture notes that Yogananda himself wrote, primarily between 1920-1940.
Our group meditations are for anyone, regardless of experience, background, or path. If you are interested in learning to meditate, or already know how to meditate but would like group support, this is for you.
